About The Sequoias Portola Valley

Cozy apartments complemented by luxurious amenities.

The Sequoias Portola Valley is an engaging CCRC Life Plan community for active and independent seniors. The campus is situated on 42 acres of exquisitely landscaped grounds bordered by the Windy Hill Open Space Preserve that is 1,335 acres of sweeping green hills and trails.

The gorgeous country setting offers tranquility and a “go at your own pace” atmosphere. Travel just a few minutes down the road and you can pick up a few items at the Stanford Shopping Center or attend a ballet at the Peninsula Ballet Theatre.

You’ll always find a flurry of activities. Our cozy apartments, luxurious amenities and friendly faces make you feel at home. Enjoy hiking and bird watching on the Windy Hill Preserve, get in on a friendly competition of lawn bowling, enjoy the vast reading opportunities in the library, put your green thumb to the test in the greenhouse, or see the world with one of our travel groups. There is always something to do and someone to do it with at The Sequoias Portola Valley.

At The Sequoias, our dedicated team manages your healthcare needs through the continuum of care, including short-term rehab, long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, and dementia care.

We look forward to giving you a tour so you can meet our wonderful staff and learn why our residents selected our top-rated community. During your tour you will explore the campus, discover the benefits of community living, and learn about the entrance fee and monthly fee options. We have several lifetime and continuing care contracts to choose from.

The Sequoias is owned and managed by Sequoia Living, a Bay Area-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing older adults with stimulating and joyful living, and services that support, engage, and enrich lives.
